We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a integral organization and play a key role in driving business insights, reporting strategy, and analytics initiatives across customer operations.

In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to business leaders, transforming complex data into actionable insights, executive-level dashboards, and recommendations that directly influence operational performance and customer experience.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead reporting and analytics initiatives from concept to implementation

✅ Design, develop, and govern business-critical KPIs and executive dashboards

✅ Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

✅ Build scalable reporting solutions and automate manual processes

✅ Partner with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making

✅ Deliver forecasting, capacity planning, and operational performance analysis

✅ Drive continuous improvement across customer service and contact center operations

What We're Looking For

✔️ 7+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or related fields

✔️ Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets

✔️ Strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and data visualization best practices





✔️ Experience within Contact Center, Customer Experience, Customer Support, or Member Services environments

✔️ Knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM), forecasting, and capacity planning

✔️ Experience leading analytics projects and influencing business decisions

✔️ Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive stakeholders

✔️ Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly valued

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with Zendesk Analytics, SAS, or data warehouse environments

⭐ Background in operations analytics, customer support analytics, or workforce planning

⭐ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
