Overview

We are looking for a Senior Claude Full-Stack Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer to build, integrate, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers.

This is a senior, client-facing engineering role for someone who can independently manage an engagement from technical discovery and solution design through development, testing, certification, deployment, and handover.

The idóneo candidate combines strong full-stack development experience with hands-on experience using Claude Code, MCP servers, AI agents, integrations, automation, and AI evaluation.

You will also contribute to the core platform between customer engagements, turning repeated integration patterns into reusable APIs, connectors, tooling, and product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and translate requirements into technical scope, architecture, risks, estimates, and operational cost considerations.
- Partner with Sales and business stakeholders during technical scoping and solution design.
- Build end-to-end integrations using Claude Code, AI agents, MCP servers, APIs, ERP systems, third-party platforms, files, batch processing, webhooks, and data mapping.
- Design and implement reliable data integration and reconciliation processes.
- Own testing and certification of your solutions, including parity against customer source systems and automated regression testing.
- Build reusable verification tools such as parity harnesses, reconciliation tooling, AI-generated test cases, and customer-facing reporting.
- Define testing strategies for AI agents and other non-deterministic systems.
- Evaluate prompt injection risks, tool permissions, MCP access, agent autonomy, and human approval requirements.
- Design appropriate guardrails including scoped credentials, approval gates, output validation, audit logging, and rollback mechanisms.




- Act as the primary technical contact throughout customer engagements.
- Support customer security reviews, technical approvals, and change-control processes.
- Prepare documentation, runbooks, monitoring, and clean technical handovers.
- Identify recurring customer requirements and help turn them into reusable product capabilities, APIs, connectors, reference implementations, and MCP services.
- Improve developer experience through technical documentation, examples, agent-focused documentation, and self-service tooling.
- Contribute to the wider full-stack platform between customer engagements.
- Build and maintain internal AI tooling, including CLAUDE.md, subagents, skills, hooks, MCP servers, and n8n automations.

Requirements

- 10+ years of professional experience building and shipping production software across backend, frontend, and integration environments.
- At least 5 years of experience operating and maintaining production systems that you have built, including responsibility for production issues and long-term technical decisions.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, solutions engineering, or another customer-facing technical role.
- Proven experience with technical discovery, solution scoping, estimation, and customer communication.
- Strong hands-on production experience with Claude Code, including: CLAUDE.md, Subagents, Skills, Hooks, MCP servers, Claude API
- Strong understanding of context engineering, tool use, model selection, and the failure modes of non-deterministic AI systems.
- Experience identifying incorrect or unreliable AI-generated output and implementing automated controls to prevent it from reaching customers.
- Strong experience validating data integrations,



including reconciliation, parity checking, sampling, full comparison, and handling legitimate data differences.
- Experience designing AI/agent evaluation strategies, including automated test generation, evaluation criteria, scoring, and regression detection across prompt or model changes.
- Strong test automation experience using Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent, including API and contract testing.
- Experience identifying and reducing test flakiness.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET, including legacy .NET Framework environments.
- Strong Python, TypeScript, and React experience, with Next.js or React Native experience.
- Experience deploying, operating, and troubleshooting production workloads on AWS.
- Strong REST API and integration experience.
- Experience working with multiple integration patterns, including: Spreadsheets and flat files, Batch processing, Webhooks, Event-driven integrations, Direct API integrations
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into deployment workflows.
- Experience with production monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic or equivalent.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
- Ability to lead technical discovery sessions and explain complex technical topics clearly.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and handling situations where technical recommendations are not initially accepted.
- Fluent in English.

Nice to Have Experience in aviation, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.

Familiarity with ITAR/EAR requirements.

Experience integrating with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Experience with aerospace-specific systems.

Security testing experience.

Knowledge of OWASP Top 10.

Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.

Experience with AI security, agent security, or enterprise AI governance.
