The role focuses on providing expert legal counsel on commercial, corporate, and real estate matters to support corporate objectives and minimize operational risks.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Qualified lawyer licensed to practice law in Mexico.

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Demonstrated experience in commercial, corporate, and real estate legal matters within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.

Proficiency in IT tools and artificial intelligence applications (MS Office, Teams,



Outlook, Copilot).

Valid U.S. visa and passport for frequent travel to the United States.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Advise management and business stakeholders on commercial, corporate, and real estate legal matters.

Provide legal support across business divisions in collaboration with internal legal teams and external counsel.

Research, analyze, and interpret complex legal and regulatory issues affecting business operations.

Draft, review, negotiate, and revise commercial agreements, corporate documents, and legal policies.

Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, regulatory, and operational risks.

Assist in managing disputes, claims, investigations, and other sensitive legal matters.
