We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to act as a Release Train Engineer, guiding large-scale Agile teams through complex projects while ensuring alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.ResponsibilitiesServe as RTE for 17-20 teams (250-300 people) using Agile methodology and scrum practicesFacilitate PI Planning sessionsRaise, track, communicate and escalate risksMaintain deep involvement in team's and project's day to day activitiesRemove blockers and coach the team to eliminate impedimentsCollect and report on metricsFacilitate meetings and ensure their effectivenessManage scope and work closely with product owners to ensure backlog healthManage stakeholders and their expectationsEnsure customer satisfactionResolve conflicts and issues as they occurSupport the scrum team in achieving higher levels of scrum maturityProvide coaching and training to the team where neededMaintain communication with various levels of stakeholdersRequirements10+ years of prior experience as RTE managing 10+ teams with complex dependenciesKnowledge of and experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologiesSense of ownership and responsibility as a team-playerStrong communication,
