Omniscient Digital is seeking a senior recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle across the company. You will source proactively, screen, interview, and close candidates, partnering with hiring managers to align on needs and timelines.
You’ll manage the Ashby ATS and develop scalable processes while reporting to the CEO and collaborating with Strategy, Editorial, Digital PR, and Operations teams. This is a 100% remote, internationally oriented role.
