Job Title: Senior Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Ramos, Mexico

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Supply Chain professional with strong functional and technical expertise to support manufacturing operations, production systems, and enterprise business processes.

The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12, manufacturing and supply chain modules, SQL troubleshooting, workflow, concurrent programs, interfaces, and production incident management. A development background and experience supporting facility startups are highly preferred.

The candidate must be capable of independently diagnosing and resolving production issues while collaborating effectively with Business and Digital teams.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing and Operations modules, including Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, Order Management, P2P, Shipping, and basic Finance.
- Independently troubleshoot production incidents, failed transactions, stuck processes, interface errors, workflow failures, and data inconsistencies.
- Perform hands-on SQL/PL-SQL troubleshooting and investigate application, configuration, database, and integration issues.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Oracle Workflow, Concurrent Manager, Concurrent Programs, request logs, forms, and interface tables.
- Troubleshoot integrations between Oracle EBS and MES, supplier/customer interfaces, WMS/logistics, and other enterprise systems.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring incidents.
- Support manufacturing facility startups, implementation activities, go-live, and production stabilization.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, ticket prioritization, SLA requirements, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ITGC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and controlled production change requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional Business and Digital teams.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, workload management, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Must be willing to work onsite daily at the Ramos facility.

Preferred Qualifications

- Senior-level Oracle EBS experience with a strong functional and technical background.
- Prior development or techno-functional experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing facility startups and go-live activities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and independent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
