At MStar Holding, we are actively seeking an experienced, driven, and strategic leader to join our team in Mexico City as a Senior Product Manager.

If you have 8+ years of experience leading digital products across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C environments in Fintech, Banking, or Tech Startups, and you thrive on owning the complete product lifecycle from discovery to scale, this opportunity is for you!

Your main objective will be to lead and drive the strategy, development, and evolution of MStar’s product portfolio—building scalable, high-impact digital solutions that optimize conversion, empower our dealer ecosystem, and transform our vehicle financing ecosystem.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, manage, and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to meet core business growth KPIs.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead the Product Management team and collaborate with Technology, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Operations, UX/UI, Data, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Conversion & Funnel Optimization: Partner with the Digital and Marketing teams to optimize the Lead-to-Loan origination funnel, improve CRO, and enhance user experience across all touchpoints.
- Integrations & Ecosystem Growth: Coordinate implementations and integrations via APIs, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), marketplaces,



and third-party tech providers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance, user analytics, and market trends to drive continuous optimization and operational efficiency.

? Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Product Management leading digital products (B2B, B2C, and B2B2C) within Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, or Tech Startups.
- Fintech & Lending Lifecycle: Solid understanding of credit origination processes, digital ecosystems, and the Lead-to-Loan consumer financing journey.
- Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, product analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude), CRO/experimentation, API integrations, and product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma).
- International Collaboration: Experience working alongside cross-functional, international, or multicultural teams (experience collaborating with teams in China is a major plus).
- Education & Languages: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA/Master's preferred). Fluent in English.
- Certifications (Preferred): CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Product/Agile certifications.
