Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager with strong enterprise-level experience managing large, complex implementations and transformation initiatives. The idóneo candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, budgets, vendors, project governance, and multiple project deliverables in a large enterprise environment.

Experience within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, or other large enterprise organizations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large-scale enterprise projects and transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage SOWs, change requests, resources, budgets, and project scope.
- Perform budget forecasting, financial tracking, and resource planning.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, risk management, and issue escalation processes.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
- Provide regular project status updates and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.




- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution.
- Ensure successful delivery of complex enterprise implementations and transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

- Strong experience as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Enterprise Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise projects or transformation programs.
- Strong experience with project planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and change requests.
- Excellent stakeholder, client, vendor, and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing SOWs and project financials.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, or another large enterprise environment is preferred.
- PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to work onsite in Mexico City 3–4 days per week.
