Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple open positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates utilizing various channels.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a streamlined hiring process.

Champion a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.

Utilize recruitment metrics and data to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment, preferable in a consulting or agency setting.

Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing.

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
