We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to translate UX and visual direction into production-ready UI specs and prototypes for Unreal Engine. You will align flows, interaction behavior, navigation rules, and component standards with engineering and UI art to ship reliably across platforms and input methods.ResponsibilitiesDefine UI flows, user journeys, and interaction models for in-game screens and features; deliver clear, implementation-ready specificationsDesign and maintain a scalable UI component system, including patterns, components, variants, and states that enable consistent implementationDocument detailed behavior rules for navigation/focus order, back behavior, input handling expectations, error/empty/loading states, and edge casesCollaborate daily with client engineers and UI artists to keep designs feasible, performant, and consistent in-engineReview implementations to support iteration and polish, provide actionable feedback, and adjust designs based on technical constraints and playtest/QA findingsRequirementsProven track record with 3+ years of experience, strong UI/UX fundamentals, and shipped digital products or game UIExpert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, reusable libraries, and handoff-ready documentationDemonstrated ability to produce implementation-ready documentation such as annotated layouts, interaction notes, state diagrams, and acceptance criteriaWorking knowledge of UMG concepts, including layout, anchors, scaling, and widget states/animations,
