We are seeking an Instructional Designer to create effective learning experiences that help clients close knowledge and behavior gaps and support digital transformation. In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts and a general team to design, develop, and evaluate engaging learning solutions across multiple modalities.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze learner needs with subject matter experts and define target audiencesDefine learning objectives aligned to program goals and learner requirementsDesign learning solutions across online and in-person modalitiesDevelop compelling content that aligns with objectives and selected delivery methodsCreate engaging learning activities that reinforce knowledge and skill applicationStoryboard learning experiences and coordinate with designers and multimedia developersDesign assessments to measure the effectiveness of courses, modules, and learning elementsMaintain project documentation and organized course foldersCommunicate proactively with SMEs and teammates throughout developmentApply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices across deliverablesCollaborate with internal teams to use available tools and resources effectivelyRequirementsA degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related discipline3+ years of instructional design experienceHands-on experience using authoring tools, such as Captivate, Storyline, or Evolve,
