YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training.
Prior paid human-data experience is required; mere use of AI tools to create content does not meet the requirement. Responsibilities include reviewing AI-created designs, annotating and rating outputs, and suggesting improvements to workflows.
