As a subject matter expert, you will safeguard employee data quality, guide complex administration, and collaborate with local, regional, and general stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services.
What You Will Do Maintain, audit, and update employee records in HRS platforms.
Manage complex contracts, job changes, absences, terminations, payroll inputs, and organizational data.
Perform compliance reviews, internal controls, reporting, and audit support.
Coach colleagues, resolve escalations, and partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence.
Identify improvements and support automation, system updates,



and HR projects
Who You Are You bring 3+ years of HR administration experience, including HR data and compliance.
You understand data privacy, employment documentation, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
You have experience with HRS platforms; Workday experience is preferred.
You combine analytical thinking, accuracy, confidentiality, reliability, and collaborative stakeholder management.
You enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting others’ growth.
