We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, automate, deploy, and operate an enterprise Amazon Connect contact center platform using AWS architecture, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. You will take solutions from concept to production while setting modern engineering standards.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design and engineering of an enterprise Amazon Connect platformArchitect secure, scalable AWS solutions that support contact center workflows and integrationsBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable reliable, repeatable releasesImplement Infrastructure as Code with AWS CloudFormation to automate provisioning and changesOwn production readiness practices including deployment governance, versioning, and code reviewsTroubleshoot complex platform issues across cloud services, networking, integrations, and applicationsCoordinate integration patterns between Amazon Connect and AWS services using APIs and eventsAutomate operational tasks using scripting and tooling to improve reliability and speedDefine engineering standards for configuration, security,
