We are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to strengthen lifecycle operations through precise campaign production, coordination, and quality checks. You will partner with regional specialists to triage inbound requests, build and validate SFMC email and push campaigns, and keep launches on track and accurate. Join our global team driving ticket sales, fan engagement, and subscriber growth.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate campaign intake, send timelines, and readiness checks prior to launchBuild and maintain Journey Builder journeys and Automation Studio automationsDesign, build, test, and support end-to-end customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing CloudManage Data Extensions, including data relationships, primary keys, sendable data extensions, and data retentionOrganize and relate customer/contact data in Contact BuilderExecute email sends and manage subscribers, publication lists, suppression lists, and send classifications in Email StudioTroubleshoot failed automations, journey issues, email sends, data issues, and subscriber/contact problemsApply CAN-SPAM, unsubscribe management, and consent requirements to email marketing practicesAdminister SFMC users, roles, permissions, and Business UnitsPersonalize emails and journeys using AMPscriptValidate audience counts, personalization, links, data, and journey logic before deploymentDocument SFMC processes, data flows,
