Atomic Hr is seeking a GTM Engineer for a Regulated DTC consumer brand. You will build growth automation, direct Claude Code to connect APIs, and run campaigns alongside field and partnerships teams.
This is a hands-on, builder-first role with high autonomy and a strong emphasis on data and compliance. You’ll own outbound trade/partnership processes, enable field teams with actionable lists, and manage lifecycle channels while maintaining strict regulatory constraints.
