What You Will Do

Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.

Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiriesregardingorder status, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Collaborates with buyers onpurchasingactivities for goods, materials, supplies, and services,optimizingprocurement efficiency.

Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals tofacilitatesmooth procurement operations.

Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other critical data to support informed decision-making.

Assistsin the development of request for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing.

Maintains comprehensive records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories, ensuring account requirements are met.

Coordinates with suppliers to schedule orexpeditedeliveries, proactively resolving issues such as shortages and delays.

Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity, fostering strong partnerships.

Oversees schedules and purchase orders forCommodity, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Maybe responsible fordelivery assurance activities, ensuring smooth and reliable supply chain operations.

Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications You Must Have





Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field.

Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.

Qualifications We Prefer

Non-product experience

Mastersdegree in operationsor supply chain

Prior experience negotiating contracts

APICS certification

Continuous Improvement certification

About the Role
Nuestro cliente busca un perspicaz Analista de Inteligencia de Amenazas para fortalecer sus defensas cibernéticas en Mexicali . En este rol, serás responsable de recopilar, analizar y difundir información sobre amenazas cibernéticas emergentes, actores de amenazas y sus tácticas, técnicas y procedimientos (TTPs). Trabajarás en un entorno remoto, colaborando con equipos de seguridad para informar la estrategia de defensa y la toma de decisiones. Tu experiencia será vital para anticipar y contrarrestar las amenazas antes de que afecten a la organización.

Key Responsibilities

Recopilar y analizar datos de fuentes de inteligencia de amenazas internas y externas.

Identificar tendencias de amenazas, actores de amenazas y sus motivaciones.

Generar informes de inteligencia de amenazas procesables y oportunos para los equipos de seguridad y de negocio.

Apoyar los esfuerzos de respuesta a incidentes proporcionando contexto sobre las amenazas.

Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con fuentes de inteligencia de amenazas y comunidades.

Monitorear el panorama de amenazas para eventos de seguridad significativos.

Requirements

Experiencia demostrada como Analista de Inteligencia de Amenazas o en un campo relacionado.

Sólidos conocimientos de los tipos de amenazas cibernéticas, TTPs y marcos de inteligencia de amenazas.

Habilidad para analizar grandes volúmenes de datos y extraer información significativa.

Familiaridad con herramientas y plataformas de inteligencia de amenazas.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal para presentar hallazgos complejos.

Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y como parte de un equipo distribuido remoto .
