About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Patient Coordinator to join the Dental Team and manage high-value dental cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+ .

This is a high-ticket B2C sales role , focused on building trust with patients, managing longer sales cycles, handling objections, converting qualified leads into bookings, and ensuring patients follow through with their treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings

Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups

Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility

Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally

Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline

Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel

Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel

Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance

Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions,



and performance reviews

Requirements

5+ years of sales experience

Proven experience closing high-value / $3,000+ deals

Experience with long-cycle B2C sales

Strong objection handling and negotiation skills

Excellent follow-up and pipeline management discipline

Fluent English, both written and spoken

Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.

Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple communication channels

Willingness to work weekends and versátil shifts

Strongly Preferred

Medical or dental tourism experience

Healthcare, travel, or international B2C sales background

Experience selling packages or bundled services

Experience working with international customers

Experience with high-ticket consultation-based sales
