The Integral Talent Co. is hiring a Growth & Lead-Ops Operator for a pre-launch fintech, responsible for owning the verified-lead funnel end-to-end and delivering signed-up wallets. You’ll run lead sources, tests, and attribution with a fixed launch date, working directly to optimize CAC and funnel yield.
You will operate in a US-market–driven environment, starting immediately and executing with minimal direction, ensuring cost-per-result improvements through data-driven campaigns.
