About The Role

With direction from the Sr. Manager, Global Digital Tools, the Sr.

Digital Tools

Consultant will support the implementation, deployment, optimization, and ongoing operation of a portfolio of general digital tools serving Mary Kay consumers and Independent Beauty Consultants (IBCs). The role will partner with Corporate, regional, and market teams to translate business needs into scalable global solutions while supporting market-specific deployment and adoption needs.

Responsibilities include project and rollout support, post-launch hypercare, testing, issue management, analytics and reporting, and coordination across mobile and web experiences. This role requires critical thinking, strong cross-cultural collaboration, an understanding of digital and mobile technologies, and a global user-experience mindset.

- Support global digital tools initiatives from planning through deployment and post-launch stabilization, contributing to roadmaps, requirements, testing, market readiness, rollout coordination, and measurable business outcomes.
- Support A360 market deployments by coordinating with regional and market stakeholders, tracking readiness activities and dependencies, and helping ensure consistent execution of global digital experiences across markets.
- Support the Virtual Try-On (VTO) migration project by contributing to market deployment plans led by project and regional owners, coordinating readiness activities, and managing post-launch hypercare, issue triage, tracking, escalation, and stakeholder communications.
- Support the Global Skin Analyzer project through requirements validation, testing and UAT coordination, defect tracking, market readiness, rollout support, and post-launch follow-up.
- Provide project and deployment support for the Asia Pacific iCatalog rollout, working with global, regional, market, technology,



and vendor partners to coordinate testing, readiness, issue resolution, and launch activities.
- Manage support tickets and post-launch issues from markets and regions by performing initial triage, documenting business impact, coordinating with vendors or internal partners, tracking resolution, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Latin America, North America, Europe and AP regions to understand local business needs, language and experience considerations, deployment requirements, and opportunities while maintaining alignment with the global product strategy and core experience.
- Collaborate with Corporate partners, including Global Digital Experience, Marketing, DXd, SFX, IT, Legal, Clinical Research, Analytics, and other functions, as well as regional teams and external vendors.
- Analyze product performance, adoption, usage, conversion, support trends, and user feedback; develop recurring reports and actionable recommendations for digital tool enhancements, market optimization, and leadership decision-making.
- Conduct market research and strategic analysis and promote relevant digital innovation opportunities that strengthen Mary Kay's general digital presence and the experience of IBCs and their customers.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, regional and market partners, and cross-functional Corporate stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

- Experience: 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Information Sciences,



Emerging Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor/University Degree in Digital Marketing, Information Sciences, Emerging Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Language: Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English. All resumes must be submitted in English.
- 5+ years of experience supporting consumer-facing digital products or tools, including experience with project delivery, testing, market deployment, post-launch support, analytics , or reporting.
- Solid understanding of digital product functionality; experience with mobile technologies (iOS/Android), integrations, user experience across mobile and web, eCommerce, and digital analytics is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Spanish-language capability and experience partnering with Latin America markets are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across countries, cultures, time zones, and organizational levels, including regional and market partners, technology teams, Corporate functions, and external vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs, technical issues, data, risks, and decisions into clear stakeholder communications.
- Self-sufficient and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deployments, priorities, and post-launch issues simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate task ownership, timelines, dependencies, escalation paths, and follow-through.
- Understanding of direct selling or experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of makeup and color products is preferred as well as high level understanding of skin care products.
