What You'll Do
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities.
- Support employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Coordinate employee training, development, and certification programs.
- Manage attendance, HR records, and employee data systems.
- Help resolve employee concerns and support labor relations activities.
- Partner with leaders on talent development and workforce planning.
- Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and communications.
- Support compliance with labor laws, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and company policies.
- Oversee training records, training matrices, and annual training plans.
- Coordinate employee services, including transportation, cafeteria, and cleaning vendors.
Skills Needed to Succeed
- Experience in recruiting, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Passion for employee development, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Work Environment
- Office-based role with regular interaction across manufacturing, production, and corporate teams.
- Frequent collaboration with employees, supervisors, managers, and external service providers.
- Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and strong communication skills.
Physical Demands & Work Conditions
- Ability to move throughout office and manufacturing areas.
- Exposure to industrial noise and active production environments.
- Prolonged computer use and other standard office-related activities.
Environmental, Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Support compliance with environmental, quality, and safety management systems.
- Promote environmental awareness, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in emergency response activities and report environmental incidents as required.
- Support employee training and awareness programs related to environmental responsibilities.
- Assist with corrective actions, change management, and compliance with EMS and QMS procedures.
