The Opportunity

You’ll join Open English to build a reliable data foundation and help shape the business strategy it supports. That means connecting fragmented information, establishing trusted metrics, and turning complex business questions into clear priorities, decisions, and measurable results.

Working closely with leadership, you’ll tackle questions spanning growth, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency. You’ll also manage a small team, setting direction and developing people while staying close to the analysis and execution.

This Could Be a Fit If

- You’ve worked in consulting and moved into an operating role, or built comparable experience in an environment with high accountability for business results.
- You’ve built or improved data foundations, connecting sources, defining metrics, and partnering with technical teams to make information reliable and usable.




- You’re proficient in Python and use it hands-on to clean and connect data, automate analysis, and build models that inform business decisions. Python proficiency is required.
- You’ve owned strategic initiatives through implementation and can point to what changed because of your work.
- You’ve delivered through significant growth and change. You build with what you have, accelerate slow processes, and adapt when the business needs something different.
- You’re ready to coach a small team, set clear expectations, and give others ownership while remaining hands-on.
- You take bold bets and hold yourself highly accountable. You believe the best idea wins, disagree openly, and assume positive intent.
- You bring passion, persistence, and your best effort to building something that matters. You put the mission first and care deeply about earning the trust of internal and external customers.
