SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience in Supplier Development and Supplier Quality.
- Knowledge of PPAP and IATF 16949.
- Knowledge of Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Experience or knowledge in Supplier Audits.
- VDA 6.3 knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Review and management of PPAP documentation.
- Support and follow-up of Supplier Audits.
- Follow-up on non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier KPIs, PPM, delivery, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Logistics.




- Support Supplier Development and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Position Objective Ensure supplier quality, performance, and continuous improvement in compliance with automotive industry standards.
