Support Engineer Jr

Requirements.

Must have.

- Java
- Unix/Shell scripting development.
- Read Logs experience.
- Troubleshoot software issues.

Nice to Have.
- Windows based application support activities.
- AWS Cloud.
- ITIL.
- Python.

Responsibilities.

- Provide technical support for software applications by diagnosing and resolving issues, assisting end users, and ensuring seamless application functionality.
- Partner with IT teams to identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous improvements based on business needs.
- Monitor application health to optimize performance and availability while designing and implementing long-term engineering solutions based on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to enhance system stability, scalability, and resiliency.
- Create documentation and training resources that support user adoption and self-service capabilities.
