This is an entry level position as a part of a development rotational program, targeted for recent graduates. Individuals rotate through at least 2, up to 4 positions in different areas of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.

Responsibilities in this role include:

- Learn and work to support the Injection Molding, Assembly, and Special Process facilities through hands-on activities.

- Work towards developing the people, processes, procedures, and equipment used in our operations.

- Learn to evaluate equipment, make recommendations for improvement, and, when applicable, execute their own recommendations.

- Learn and demonstrate how to quote and launch new injection molding, assembly, and/or special process equipment within North America.

- Learn to understand scientific molding principles, eDART, and related equipment.

- Expected to be very hands-on and learn to work with our plants to improve equipment-related issues that are impacting plant performance
