About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining science, customer engagement and technical solution development. In this role, you will work closely with customers and our Sales team to understand scientific needs, address technical questions, develop appropriate genomic and multi-omics solutions, and support business opportunities throughout the customer journey.

You will also collaborate with Novogene’s Product, R&D; and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, practical and aligned with customer requirements. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys translating complex scientific needs into clear, actionable solutions and supporting customers through technical discussions, presentations and project development.

What You’ll Do

- Partner closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs, support business opportunities, and help drive opportunities through the sales process.
- Communicate directly with customers to identify and clarify their scientific and technical requirements, address pre-sales questions, and develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Design, prepare and optimize customer-facing technical solutions, presentations and supporting materials based on specific research objectives and applications.
- Deliver technical presentations and support customer meetings,



helping communicate the value of our technologies and solutions clearly and effectively.
- Support key opportunities and projects from initial customer discussions through solution development and implementation, coordinating with internal Product, R&D; and Operations and Sales teams when required.
- Analyze potential customer groups and gather relevant customer and market intelligence within the region.
- Stay up to date with market needs, competitive technologies, industry trends and emerging developments in genomics and life sciences.
- Use AI and other digital tools where appropriate to support information research, technical content preparation, solution development and data analysis.
- Travel within the region as required to support customer meetings, conferences and company events.

What We’re Looking For

- PHD degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in NGS, genomics, mass spectrometry or a related life sciences field, such as Technical Support, Applications, Product Management, Bioinformatics or Technical Solutions.
- Strong scientific and technical understanding, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and applications.
- Experience independently preparing technical solutions, scientific presentations or customer-facing technical materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear and relevant solutions for customers.
- Strong customer orientation, problem-solving ability and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate resources across Sales, Product, R&D;, Bioinformatics and Operations teams.
- Experience supporting key customer projects, technical discussions, tenders or large accounts would be an advantage.
- Spanish and Portugues and English is required.
