Summary
We are seeking a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to lead technology and software development projects from initiation through delivery. Certification is not required. The ideal candidate has proven team leadership, hands-on experience with software projects, and strong familiarity with Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery: define scope, plan schedules, manage budgets, and ensure successful project closure.

Lead, coach and coordinate cross-functional project teams; drive execution, performance tracking and continuous improvement.

Apply agile/Scrum best practices from a PM perspective to enable timely, high-quality delivery (without acting as Scrum Master).

Manage stakeholder engagement across technical and business partners; ensure alignment, clear reporting and expectations management.

Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues; escalation appropriately.

Use Azure DevOps for planning, tracking,



CI/CD visibility and project reporting.

Support cloud adoption efforts (Azure preferred; AWS experience acceptable).

Requirements

Bachelor degree and Cédula competente.

4–5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.

Demonstrated success managing end-to-end software projects.

Practical experience with Azure or AWS.

Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies (this is not a Scrum Master position).

Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration with US-based teams.

Proven stakeholder management skills and a results-driven, high-performance mindset.

Excel, Power BI,

AI experience is a plus and will be supported during onboarding.

Hybrid position — required on-site three days per week at our Reforma offices, CDMX (CP 06500)
