At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. **‎** Join our Road Logistics team and support the delivery of a seamless customer experience throughout the shipment process. **How you create impact** + Support customer implementations and SOP preparation. + Coordinate shipment orders, quotations, status updates, and customer visibility through the TMS. + Support billing, claims, and customs clearance when applicable. + Participate in customer QBRs and follow up on customer requirements. + Prepare shipment reports, presentations, and KPI reports. + Ensure compliance with customer procedures, Finance credit policies, QSHE, and Security guidelines. **What we would like you to bring** + Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field. + At least 1+ years of experience in international road transportation. + Experience in Freight Forwarding, Customer Service, and Operations. + Intermediate English and Excel. + Service-oriented, organized, and results-driven. + Strong attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
