As a Workday Integrations - Senior Associate you will support client needs through Workday integration design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, build meaningful client relationships, anticipate team and client needs, and guide junior team members while developing your own technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC, you will help clients improve operational efficiency by delivering integration solutions across various Workday applications, applying critical thinking to resolve issues, interpreting feedback, and contributing to workstreams that support strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client business needs and translating them into Workday integration requirements
- Designing, configuring, and testing Workday integrations across functional and technical workstreams
- Supporting implementation activities for Workday projects, including data mapping, interface validation,
and defect resolution
- Interpreting complex process flows and system dependencies to identify integration risks and delivery issues
- Developing technical documentation, process diagrams, and deployment materials for client-facing solutions
- Coordinating integration tasks across application, data, and infrastructure teams to support project milestones
- Reviewing deliverables from junior team members and providing guidance on integration methods and technical detail
- Building client relationships by responding to questions, explaining solution options, and adapting to changing project needs
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience of Workday product experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Workday Studio Certification or Workday Pro Integrations Certification or Workday Pro Orchestrate Developer
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Demonstrating Workday integrations experience across client service engagements
- Applying technical consultation skills to integration design and troubleshooting
- Interpreting data and translating findings into recommendations
- Navigating ambiguity while managing assigned workstreams and deliverables
- Mentoring junior team members through feedback and knowledge sharing
