The role: The 'White Glove Service' is a collaborative hiring support program for company clients that you will manage end-to-end. Serving as the client's dedicated point of contact, your job is to provide them with a pre-screened, curated shortlist of candidates, and you will expertly guide them through their process, keeping momentum high to help them secure a successful, long-term hire.

This is a full time role, set to US business hours, offering a base hourly rate + performance based commissions.

What you'll own:

- Client Meetings: Host and lead meetings with new and existing clients (business owners and operators) before and during their ‘White Glove’ hiring process.
- Basic Recruitment Support: Invite, pre-screen, and curate a shortlist of promising candidates that match the job criteria and client's specifications.
- Hiring Process Coaching: Coach clients on reaching out to applicants, scheduling & holding interviews, and making their final selection(s).
- Momentum Management:



Spot stalling hiring processes before they stall and spot drifting clients before they disengage entirely. Run your follow-up cadence, and escalate personally when nudges don't land.
- Hire & Handover: Support the offer through to acceptance, then hand the client cleanly to Account Management.
- Tracking: Keep the CRM and tracking sheet(s) accurate daily, and report weekly on White Glove Service performance and pipeline data.

Preferred qualifications: No direct recruitment experience is required. We'll teach the process through a structured 90-day handover from the current manager.

What we'd like to see:

- Excellent spoken and written English - primary qualification!
- Experience in a role where clients or customers depended on you directly.
- A track record of managing many moving pieces at once without dropping any.
- Comfort leading a video call with a business owner - agenda in hand, closing on next steps.
- Evidence you've improved a process, not just followed one.
- Reliable overlap with US business hours and the self-direction to work remotely
- Property management, real estate, or B2B services background is a bonus
