As a Workday Integrations Senior Associate, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless use of Workday applications within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and navigate more complex situations while developing your personal brand and technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will support Workday integration work across a range of consulting services, use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, interpret data for insights, and contribute to deliverables that help clients improve operational efficiency and advance their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client integration requirements across Workday applications and translating them into workable technical designs
- Designing, configuring, and testing Workday integrations using established tools, methods, and delivery approaches
- Developing interface specifications, data mappings,
and integration documentation to support implementation workstreams
- Troubleshooting integration issues, reviewing error logs, and applying root-cause analysis to resolve system defects
- Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to align integration solutions with business process needs and project timelines
- Supporting deployment activities, cutover planning, and post go-live stabilization for Workday integration solutions
- Reviewing deliverables from junior team members and providing guidance on technical tasks, documentation, and issue resolution
- Interpreting data and feedback to identify risks, refine integration logic, and improve solution performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience of Workday product experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Workday Pro Integrations Certification or Workday Studio Certification or Workday Pro Orchestrate Developer
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Demonstrating Workday integrations experience across client service engagements
- Utilizing technical consultation skills for Workday HCM and enterprise integrations
- Analyzing complex concepts and translating them into practical solutions
- Interpreting data to inform recommendations and project decisions
- Developing meaningful client connections and anticipating team needs
