Whatyouwilldo:

- Paymentexecution—processingsupplier,payroll,tax,intercompany,treasury,andotherapprovedpayments.
- Bankconnectivity—managingpaymenttransmissionthroughhost-to-hostconnections,SWIFT,APIs,bankingportals,oraTreasuryManagementSystemsuchasKyriba.
- Paymentcontrols—ensuringpaymentsfollowauthorizationlimits,segregationofduties,maker/checkercontrols,andapprovedpaymentpolicies.
- Paymentvalidation—checkingpaymentfiles,bankdetails,currencies,paymentmethods,valuedates,andotherrequiredinformationbeforerelease.
- Fundingcoordination—ensuringtheappropriateaccountshavesufficientliquiditybeforepaymentsarereleased.
- Paymentscheduling—optimizingwhenpaymentsaremadebasedonduedates,currencies,cut-offtimes,liquidity,andbankingrequirements.
- Exceptionmanagement—investigatingrejected,returned,duplicated,delayed,orincorrectlyformattedpayments.
- Fraudandriskcontrols—helpingprotectagainstunauthorizedpayments,bank-accountchanges,duplicatepayments,andotherpaymentrisks.
- Bankaccountrationalization—supportingamorecentralizedbankingstructureandreducingunnecessarylocalpaymentaccounts.

- Bachelor’sdegreerequired.
- Minimum1to3yearsofgeneraloffice,dataentry,orbookkeepingexperience.
