Director, Digital Acquisition & Growth Mexico(Hybrid) **Job Description** The Digital Acquisition Director is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution of digital acquisition efforts across all channels. This role crafts the media mix and budget allocation to drive sustainable growth and profitability. The Director leads the development of a strategic roadmap that aligns with enterprise goals. As a senior leader, the Director partners with executive stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives. They oversee cross-functional teams, manage external agencies, and ensure that acquisition efforts are data-driven and customer-centric. **Responsibilities** + Define and lead the enterprise-wide digital acquisition strategy across performance marketing, UX/UI, lead generation, and telesales. + Set and manage multi-channel/vendor media budgets, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability targets. + Influence product and customer experience strategies to maximize resources + Align cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership around strategic acquisition initiatives. + Drive innovation in conversion optimization, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making. + Oversee vendor relationships and ensure consistent performance across external partners.
