WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Customer Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Bain Capability Network (BCN), a integral team that partners with Bain case teams and practice leaders to shape high impact commercial opportunities and strategic client pursuits.
Within the CoE, you’ll work alongside a collaborative and internationally distributed team focused on customer growth, brand strategy, marketing,



sales excellence, and go-to-market strategy. The team plays a critical role in helping Bain develop compelling executive-level proposals, pitch materials, and commercial narratives for complex client situations across industries and regions.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Bain consultants, Customer Practice leaders, and senior stakeholders globally, bringing together strategic thinking, customer insight, and strong storytelling to support some of Bain’s most important growth opportunities.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Lead, you will play a key role in shaping strategic client pursuits and commercial growth initiatives across Bain’s Customer Practice. You’ll lead the development of high impact proposals, executive presentations, and pursuit strategies that translate complex business challenges into clear, compelling, and client-ready narratives.
