PAID SOCIAL SENIOR MANAGER

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Paid Social Senior Manager to manage performance marketing
strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for scaling multi-market
user acquisition through paid social channels, balancing global strategy with
local market nuance.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in paid social, strong
cross-cultural collaboration skills, and experience partnering with US-based
leadership and global teams. This role requires both analytical rigor and
creative sensitivity to local audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





PAID SOCIAL STRATEGY & EXECUTION

* Lead and scale paid social performance to meet specific business KPIs and
expectations across global markets.

* Develop and execute full-funnel strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and
emerging social platforms, with an emphasis on lower-funnel/performance media
campaigns.

* Drive performance through audience segmentation, creative testing, and
optimization frameworks.

* Partner with analytics to ensure strong measurement, incrementality, and
attribution alignment.

* Translate global growth strategy into locally relevant execution.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & GENERAL COLLABORATION

* Work closely with US-based leadership and global growth teams to align
priorities and reporting.

* Partner with regional marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams.

* Present insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
