POSITION SUMMARY
Global Atlantic seeks a highly motivated Annuity Director to join our distribution team in a client-facing, externally focused role serving the Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) channel.



This team-based position works collaboratively with National Accounts and Internal Sales Support to represent Global Atlantic's strategies and solutions to IMO partners and their sales forces (marketers). The Annuity Director serves as a strategic liaison between Global Atlantic and distribution partners, responsible for driving sales growth, deepening relationships, and ensuring effective communication and execution of our value proposition in the marketplace.
TEAM STRUCTURE & COLLABORATION
The Annuity Director operates within a collaborative team environment consisting of:
National Accounts
Partners closely with SVP National Accounts and Strategic Partnerships to develop and execute account-based business strategies
Aligns on territory priorities, account segmentation, and strategic initiatives
Coordinates on key account planning and relationship escalation
Internal Sales Support
Collaborates with internal wholesalers to develop new and established relationships
Leverages internal resources for proposal development, product expertise,
