In order to accelerate the next phase of Amazon Ads development, we are

major media agencies and have created a dedicated team across the world to
deliver this vision at a local and regional level. This is a fantastic
opportunity for a senior business development leader to join the team at an
early stage to shape and drive Amazon Ads strategic agency partnerships.
Displaying a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators,
experienced at operating with senior counterparts with agencies and advertisers,
and able to earn trust with senior stakeholders across other Amazon teams. In
addition,



candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the
ability to invent and simplify for customers. A strong knowledge of the
programmatic, search, and ecommerce will be benificial. Candidates will be
self-motivated, happy to work autonomously and highly goal-oriented in order to
contribute to Amazon Ads ambitious growth plans.
- Own the end-to-end relationship with assigned agencies, developing and
executing strategies for growth — including close collaboration with local
Advertising leadership
- Develop and negotiate Partner Agreements with commercial structures to create
incremental opportunities
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships at senior level, leveraging
consultative skills to shift conversations from media buying to business
solutions
- Drive revenue diversification and new business development by identifying
opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale solutions — including
pro-active
