JOB SUMMARY
:
The
Senior Quality Manager – Mexico Region
provides regional leadership and strategic oversight for quality performance across all Mexico operations while ensuring alignment with Corporate Quality objectives and customer expectations.



This role partners with plant quality teams, operations leadership, suppliers, and customers to drive consistent execution of quality standards, support customer satisfaction, and deploy best practices across the region.

The Senior Quality Manager serves as the primary regional liaison to Corporate Quality, ensuring standardized quality systems, rapid customer response, continuous improvement, and consistent implementation of corporate initiatives throughout Mexico operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Regional Quality Leadership
- Provide quality leadership and technical support to all Mexico manufacturing operations.
- Partner with Plant Managers and local Quality Managers to drive consistent execution of corporate quality strategies and customer requirements.
- Support plant leadership during quality escalations, customer concerns, launch activities, and significant operational issues.
