THE ROLE
The NA Data Management Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management, accuracy,



and maintenance of data across the North America digital ecosystem. This role supports data integrity, consistency, and governance by executing established processes and collaborating with internal and integral partners. The Specialist works across key systems including
WellaBooking Planning Tool, Global Digital Tools (Direct & ISO customer data), 4sight and the Sales Data Warehouse
,
ensuring data is accurate, aligned, and ready for reporting and business use. This position plays a critical role in supporting reliable data operations that enable effective decision-making and program execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data across core NA systems: WellaBooking Planning Tool, Direct & ISO customer data within Global Digital Tools, 4sight and the Sales Data Warehouse
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of all data entries
