The Process Advisor is a key leadership position at Planta Vallejo, focused on
driving process excellence and operational transformation. This role leads
process optimization initiatives using LEAN principles, partners with
cross‑functional teams to implement impactful improvements, and contributes to
the execution of the VAL Masterplan.

As a change agent, the Process Advisor challenges the status quo, brings forward
innovative ideas and best industrial practices, and plays a meaningful role in
advancing the plant toward world‑class operations. This position offers strong
