Manager, you’re not just overseeing the hotel’s financial operations – you’re

RESPONSIBILITIES
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
* Oversee general ledger and financial reporting: Reconcile General Ledger
accounts, review discrepancies, and guide team members in resolving issues to
ensure accuracy and compliance
* Provide reporting oversight: Ensure accurate processing of financial
reports, including month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and variance reports
* Control budgets and inventory: Track and manage inventories and operational
expenses to maintain cost control
* Supervise payroll processing: Oversee timekeeping systems, weekly payroll
submissions, gratuity calculations, and monthly payroll audits
* Handle financial transactions:
Ensure proper processing of received checks,
calculate daily deposit transmittals, and maintain financial records
* Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members;
conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development
opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a
high-performing team
