Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Álamo Industrial, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Work Environment: International / Manufacturing Company

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide professional support to customers and commercial partners, ensuring accurate order processing, effective communication, timely deliveries, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with different internal departments in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support by phone and email regarding orders, delivery status, tracking information, and proof of delivery.
- Follow up on customer orders and coordinate delivery expedites through SAP when required.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, service issues, discrepancies, and order-related errors.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers regarding freight issues, material shortages, and delivery concerns.
- Receive, enter, review, and verify customer orders from end users, distributors, sales representatives, and internal commercial teams.
- Identify and resolve missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information in customer orders and source documents.
- Prepare and follow up on annual stock rotations.
- Provide basic quotations for assigned customer accounts when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within internal systems.
Requirements
- University Degree completed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or B2B environment.
- Fluent English spoken and written (essential).
- Experience using SAP.
