Job Description:

* Assists Team Leaders / Managers in preparing metrics.
* Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
* Ensures that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop
procedures exists and is used.
* Ensures adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a
standardized process landscape.
* Generate Invoices after immediate requests during the whole shift.
* Monitors & review progress and immediately alerts Management if any red flags
are observed.
* Extended shift / Weekend availability during month end closing.

Skills / Habilities:

* High sense of urgency.
* At least 1 year Finance Operations experience (Accounts Payable, Accounts
Receivable, Audit, Accounting, Cadastro, Vendor Master).
* Automotive industry Finance & Accounting knowledge is highly desired.
* Capable of working under pressure.
* Fast paced environment worker.
* Logical thinking is a must.
* Pro-activeness is a must.
* Client Centered & Quality Focused.
* Strong at Excel.
