About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Key Account (KA) & Retail Channel Manager to drive channel development and sales growth in our target overseas markets.

The idóneo candidate will have strong experience in consumer electronics, 3C digital products, IT, or related industries, with a proven track record in developing and managing retail channels and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Development & Management

Develop and maintain key account (KA) channels in the target market, build long-term relationships with key retail partners, and support strategic channel development.

Sales & Product Strategy

Develop sales and product strategies for KA channels, identify business opportunities, and coordinate internal and external resources to acquire key retail customers.

Market & Channel Intelligence

Regularly collect and analyze market, competitor, product, and channel insights. Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing,



and other internal teams to develop competitive solutions tailored to customer and channel needs.

Retail Marketing & Merchandising

Leverage internal marketing resources to improve product visibility, in-store merchandising, and product presentation, ultimately driving sell-through and sales performance.

End-to-End Channel Operations

Take ownership of the full KA channel development and operation process, including product selection, pricing, sales forecasting, promotional planning, channel marketing, and sales execution.

Team Collaboration & Target Achievement

Work closely with internal and local teams to achieve store onboarding, channel expansion, and sales targets within the assigned market.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.

5+ years of sales experience in the relevant market, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in retail channel development and management.
