Our team: Pearson’s Higher Education team in Mexico partners with universities
to expand access to high-quality digital learning and help institutions create
better outcomes for their students. Through our All Access partnerships, we work
closely with academic and institutional leaders to make learning more
accessible, measurable and impactful.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Specialist, Client Partner to help shape how Pearson
builds, grows and strengthens institutional partnerships across Mexico. This is
a sales-focused account management role for someone who enjoys building
long-term relationships, uncovering growth opportunities and turning customer
value into sustainable commercial results.

In this role,



you will become the main post-sale commercial partner for higher
education institutions that have joined Pearson’s All Access model. You will
work with faculty, academic leaders and institutional stakeholders to increase
adoption, demonstrate value and identify opportunities to expand the partnership
over time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to operate at the intersection
of education, customer success, account growth and strategic relationship
management. You will use data, business insight and strong stakeholder
engagement to help institutions get the most from their partnership with Pearson
while contributing to retention, expansion and revenue growth.

As the first Account Management-style Client Partner role in LATAM, this
position offers the chance to help build a new way of supporting and growing
Pearson’s institutional partnerships in the region.
