You will provide data administration and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring the accurate processing of employee information, compensation changes, and HR documentation. Your work will help maintain data integrity, support compliance requirements, and deliver an excellent employee experience.
You will support HR processes, respond to inquiries regarding said processes, and ensure the correct maintenance of HR records. Your customer-focused approach will contribute to the delivery of HR services.
You will collaborate with multiple team members to process employee lifecycle events, maintain HR records, and support compensation-related activities while ensuring compliance with established procedures and internal controls.

You will report directly to the PPSC Team Leader. This is a hybrid position based in Querétaro, Mexico.
Main Responsibilities.
Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, status changes, leaves of absence, separations, and other personnel updates through the Workday Human Capital Management platform.
Support compensation-related processes by administering promotions, demotions, salary adjustments, wage changes, and other compensation transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Build employee documentation and system information, ensuring both approvals and supporting documents are correct.
Provide support regarding HR policies, procedures, data processing activities, and HR service requests, resolving issues and answer employee inquiries.
