Job Description:

This senior role owns sales planning and pipeline-performance strategy,



translating company objectives into executable sales plans, coverage models, and performance frameworks. The role operates as a trusted adviser to senior Sales leadership, driving data-driven decision-making across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and regional Geo teams. The preferred candidate brings deep analytical rigor, executive communication presence, and a track record of leading large cross-functional planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual, quarterly, and in-quarter sales-planning cycles, translating company objectives into actionable plans, targets, and operating priorities, supported by scenario-based models assessing growth opportunities, resourcing, capacity, productivity, and plan attainment.
