Corporate Bilingual Receptionist

Paseo de la Reforma, CDMX, Mexico (On-site)

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
Advanced to native-level proficiency in English and Spanish (conversational fluency is strictly requiredto assist international visitors; an assessment will be conducted).
Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and general administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (completed or in-progress) in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
Exceptional executive presence with highly professional and assertive communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, tact, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential executive information.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating welcoming environments.

In this role, you will go beyond traditional reception duties. You will be the central hub of our office, seamlessly blending hospitality, office management, and executive support. You will partner with building management, handle vendor relationships, and provide trusted, direct support to our CEO.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation:$20,000 to $25,000 MXN gross/month + performance bonuses.
