This position oversees all financials of operations in Juarez and El Paso, (including manufacturing sites, vertical integration and distribution center in El Paso), ensuring accurate reporting, financial health, performance management and strategic financial guidance. In this role,



the Plant Operations Finance Leader acts as business partner to local Plant Leader and department managers; and reports to Regional Finance Operations Leader. Job requires close interaction with Integral Operations and Mfg. Leaders, and global Finance teams (Finance Capability Center / FCC, Operations Finance, SBU Finance, Strategic Planning & Performance / SP&P;, Commercial Finance)u

· Lead and develop plant budgeting, forecasting processes, aligning financial plans of the plant with the overall business and operations strategy.
