As a Regional Risk Specialist, you will serve as the regional risk owner, responsible for building, improving, and monitoring business processes that detect and prevent fraudulent activities across transactions, KYC, onboarding, and Seller, buyer and creator affiliation in the region. You will bridge the gap between business needs and general risk frameworks, deeply understanding your region's unique risk landscape to make strategic decisions on defense deployments. In this evolving environment, you will also play a pivotal role in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into daily operations,



leveraging AI agents and machine learning models to scale our defense mechanisms and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand local business objectives and the specific local landscape to make critical, data-driven decisions on risk mitigation strategies, effectively ensuring platform security in order to support regional business growth.
- Design and manage BPO work flows and SOPs to ensure that manual repetitive analytical tasks can be scaled through outsourcing. Partner with platform product team to ensure that data pipelines are maintained such that queues are not impacted by data delays.
- Deliver training for BPOs and act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) to address any concerns they may have.
- Lead investigations and analysis of suspicious behaviours, fraudulent transactions, and abuse in a timely manner to protect the integrity of the platform. Respond to escalations and manage incide
